Shavon Green
I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance and Wellness from St. Augustine’s University in Raleigh. I received sports scholarships for both basketball and softball and am a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. Being an only child, sports have given me the value of teamwork and a sense of a bigger family and community.
I received my massage education in 2010 at Miller-Motte College and am trained in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Sports techniques.
I enjoy basketball, weightlifting, football, and traveling. Growing up in New Orleans gave me a taste for good food and music.
I believe massage is a crucial part of living a longer, healthier, and stress-free life. Knowing the importance of training, I enjoy helping athletes with pain relief and increasing range of motion to improve overall performance. Being in touch with both mind and body are two important elements in achieving a healthy life for people of all ages and backgrounds.
